The actual installation usually takes 1–3 days depending on the system size. However, the entire process (including permits and approvals) may take 2–6 weeks.
Panels work at reduced efficiency on cloudy days and do not generate electricity at night. However, systems can be paired with batteries to store excess energy for later use.
